Onboarding Process

Click Registration to create a careers account. If you already have a Vertex Aerospace career account and have applied for your current position, a Talent Acquisition team member will contact you no later than 30 days of pre-contract performance date. If you have not applied for your position, please proceed to step 2. Using a government computer to register may cause errors when logging in. We recommend using a non-government computer.

Once your paperwork is received, the talent acquisition team will submit your background check. You will receive an email to enter all required information to complete your background check. Please enter all required information to prevent delays in the onboarding process.

Our Talent Acquisition will connect with you regarding your drug screening.

After your background check and drug screening are complete, you will receive a welcome email with directions to complete your onboarding. These tasks will include entering your I-9, tax, and banking information as well as final onboarding forms and training.

The Vertex Supply Chain competency allows for rapid and cost-effective logistics management. We leverage our network of over 900 OEM-approved FAA-certified parts suppliers to consistently meet unscheduled maintenance challenges.
